IMPRINTU is a new fashion & beauty ritual brand
for joyful, spontaneous self-expression,
featuring a dual print mode (Skin/ Object)
for customizing your one-of-a-kind look.
After connecting your IMPRINTU device and App,
send your selected Point Art to your device.
Designate between Skin or Object mode,
and glide your IMPRINTU gently across
your desired surface to print.
To remove your printed deisgn,
use cleanser and water on skin,
or run the clothing item in the washer.
Try using IMPRINTU on a variety
of surfaces, including skin,
clothes, paper, and more.

On the IMPRINTU App, you can find thousands of
Point Art designs created in collaboration with
LG AI Research and IMPRINTU’s team of designers.
You can also discover exlcusive artwork from famous
artists around the world. Try wearing the perfect
Point Art to fit your everyday mood, or make your own in
the "Create" page.
The maximum printing limit for IMPRINTU is 0.57 inches
in width and 19.7 inches in length (14.49 mm x 500 mm).

Taking Care of Your IMPRINTU
To ensure your IMPRINTU is well cared for, take note of
the following guidelines.
1) Check your ink levels. Make sure to check your ink
levels regularly in the “My” section of the App.
2) Clean your Tint Palette. If your IMPRINTU isn’t
printing clearly, try cleaning the print head of your Tint
Palette. To clean, run the print head cleaning function in
the “My” section of the App.
3) Use the Palette Cleaning Sheet & Tool. If you
continue to experience printing problems after running
the print head cleaning function, assemble the Palette
Cleaning Sheet & Tool included in your IMPRINTU Full Set
package. Wipe the print head gently in a single, horizontal
direction to clean.

If you are purchasing a drawing through the App, you should make a payment on Toss. Payments for purchases made through an Imprintu website can also be made using PayPal. In that case, all payment data is stored by Paypal and will be collected, used, and disclosed as described in the PayPal privacy policy relating to your jurisdiction. You can find this on the paypal.com website for your location and clicking the 'privacy' link at the bottom of the page.

- It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule. - Other Information
- Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.
Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”
Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
The prices of the products and services will be published on the Application in US Dollars. If the payment is processed by a third-party provider, the final price (including taxes) could be charged in a different currency which will be disclosed to you before purchase, however, it will be the equivalent to the final price informed in the Application.
